When you submit a quote request, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and project configuration details. This data is provided voluntarily by you.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to prepare and deliver a project quote and to conduct the associated business correspondence. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 31(2)(a) nDSG).
4. Data transmission
Submitted form data is transmitted via an encrypted connection to our internal automation platform operated within Switzerland or the EU. Data is not passed to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Personal data from quote requests is retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, or for as long as a business relationship exists, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification of, erasure of, and restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. 7. Cookies and analytics (Google Analytics)
This website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) to collect anonymised usage statistics and improve the service.
