Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all service agreements between Visure GmbH ("Visure") and its customers for the installation, operation, and related services of construction webcam systems.
2. Quotation and contract
All offers submitted by Visure are non-binding. A binding contract is formed only upon written order confirmation by Visure.
3. Services
Visure provides installation, configuration, and operation of construction webcam systems as defined in the individual service agreement. Specific scope, duration, and technical details are agreed in writing for each project.
4. Customer obligations
The customer must provide a suitable 230V power supply at the installation location and grant necessary access for installation and maintenance. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits or third-party approvals.
5. Payment
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. For projects with a duration exceeding three months, Visure may invoice monthly in advance.
6. Liability
Visure is liable for direct damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties shall treat all confidential information received in the course of the contractual relationship with discretion and shall not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Wetzikon ZH, Switzerland. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
9. Amendments
Visure reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The version valid at the time of contract conclusion applies to the respective contractual relationship.
